Whitecliff Development was started in 1988 by Rob Dover. He took an extremely difficult piece of ground and developed it for entry-level housing. Since then, we have developed ground and built over 500 homes in Northeast Nebraska.

 

Our goal is simple: build a quality home for the best possible price. In 2018, Rob’s daughter, Erica Daake, who had grown up in the business, began running the company. Now as a second-generation company, our goal hasn’t changed.
